Felt like absolute shit the past few days. Was feeling pretty good before that. I'm wondering if I'm manic depressive, but on my good days I'm not exactly "manic".
Psychologically, about a four. I'm not feeling any physical pain, I just feel exhausted, might be entering into another depression period. I hope not, I don't like feeling irrationally down.

I'm actually feeling pretty good, thanks for asking. I've got a foolproof suicide plan in place, and I'm almost done revising my suicide note. I'm going to buy Nembutal off the internet and OD on it.
