I'm currently losing weight from 210 to get to 160, just to see if it improves my face.
One thing that always bugs the shit out of me is face. Women compliment my hair but some have mentioned I have the thousand yard stare and I look dead inside.

Last year I was 191 lbs (5'6") so I just crossed over into obesity. This shocked me into losing weight. The lowest weight I got to was 143 lbs, but from the start of this year I rebounded to 154 lbs. I really want to get down to 120 lbs, then I can start bulking. I already lift weights, but that's for losing weight.
