They're usually packed in oil, so they're full of fat and while they might be nutritious and delicious, they're not ideal for weight loss. Tuna, on the other hand....

But tuna is only good with mayo :( are them like avocados tho :) like it has many calories but I can use it in a salad so it doesn't matter as much :p

The are not low calorie,
But they do contain a lot of proteins and good fatty acids. So you will feel healthier. Then you will start excersing more, and start losing weight.
i chop them up on a bed of tofu with soy sauce and green onions.
I mash them up then mix them with ketchup and melted cheese
i blend them up with rum and vegetables
In burrito's, with garlic or barbecue sauce!
