I am not trying to "force" any memes. I am just nailing my flag to the mast in efficient terms. When I say "DNA junkie" people will immediately understand I am characterizing life and more importantly reproduction as a perverse cycle of addiction.
I'm quite the opposite. If something good that I want happens to an acquaintance of mine, I'll go out of my way to congratulate them and tell them how awesome it is, and do so quite sincerely. It's better that it happens to some than to none.
