Anything really. I just love that you can make any music with it. I like ragtime stuff like the entertainer and I love jazz so to be able to play some jazz on it would be awesome.

You could find some good help videos for starting to play that kind of stuff on youtube
and download sheet music from a million places easily

Jazz piano can be difficult to learn if you don't know what's going on
I'd say you should start getting into music theory as soon as possible since jazz relies heavily on improvisation and that can be difficult if you don't know anything about anything
