I'm not trying to make excuses, but I have some mental issues that make it hard for me to work. I've only had one job in my life and it was awful, I was the worst worker by far. I know life's not easy for anyone though, I'm not trying to get sympathy. I've been lucky to have family and friends help me out from time to time with places to stay, but it's not a guarantee.
