What really pisses me off is that hospitals now have to build special "bariatric" (fat people) wings with extra large reinforced beds and stretchers at great expense. Healthcare dollars are being diverted from the care of actual worthwhile citizens because of these creatures' disgusting weakness and self-indulgence.
