It's hard to say. I literally woke up one day and realized that nothing is life is really worth getting hung up on. I still struggle a bit with awkwardness and social ineptitude, but I've reached a point where I'm genuinely excited to see what each and every day brings. I guess it partially came from the fact that I realized that, morally speaking, we cannot be certain of anything, and that everyone who assumes they have the moral high ground are a bunch of wankers.
I basically went from being suicidal, not have any motivation to do anything, and all around miserable, to being upbeat, having the motivation to work out several times a week, have the dedication to practice another language every single night, and just not giving a fuck what anyone says.
It comes off as being a typical millennial who thinks they've got it all figured out, but at the same time, I've basically rekindled my desire to learn and improve myself, just for the sake of looking into the mirror in the morning and being happy with what I see.

My well being may require other people for company, but I figured I've come far enough so far mostly alone that going insane as a result of more isolation won't be too bad. Survival won't be hindered just by withdrawing more.
I just need ways to stay busy, I can't negatively impact anyone if I'm more withdrawn than I already am, and the change won't affect anyone because I'm already a very forgettable and replaceable person.

I don't think I need much more than just a constant job to focus on, really. Like working two jobs a day, 7 days a week. Jobs don't necessarily involve me interacting with people outside of the obligation, so I won't really influence their lives and they wouldn't notice me if I vanished.
I'd be busy and while at home I'd be too tired to let my mind wander so I'd just sleep, wake up and have another shift to go to.
