I have coffee everyday, but I never finish my one cup, so about .80 cups
None, hate the taste. Bought some caffeine power on Amazon and usually either put that in some water and enjoy the nice bitterness or put it in some juice or something.

Lately I've cut it down to 2, even managed to quit completely for 5 whole days. The reduced caffeine intake really helped with my anxiety, I felt more calm than I have in years when I went off it completely. I figured I could go back to having just a little bit, like a cup or two a day, and still be calm, but I guess my tolerance reset very quickly because after two cups I'm as jittery and anxious as ever.
