I didn't screen shot, but basically I just posted how women get preferential treatment in the workplace. I mentioned how at my job, women with the same job title/description and pay aren't expected to do the same work. For every dangerous task only me and the other men are expected to do them. We also are responsible for heavy lifting. I mentioned how I had to go to the emergency room, and 4 out of the 5 men I work with have been injured doing tasks that the women don't do.
As far as violence against males and women being a critical issue in society, I simply posted statistics. Sounds like violence is a critical issue, but not against women. Hmm. As far as minorities, being one myself, the majority is black on black.
As far as pay gap, women in their early 20s earn more, but later in life men out earn because we work better jobs, we work more hours overall, and we don't take maternity leave.
