Contacts are expensive as fuck in the long run, they are uncomfortable, they can cause you to get blind when you get any kind of germs on your hands, like when you are outdoors, camping etc but i guess that would not be a problem for you, since you spend your whole existence in front of your computer.

Planning to get these. I got a new prescription few months ago and got some temporary goggles because they didn't have picture related, but I found a website that sells cheap prescription glasses exactly like these.
Perfectly round lenses, not too big, not too small. I have thick wavy shoulder length hair and I dropped about 30 kg of overweight last year so I bet I would look pretty cool with these.
I'm going for the "skinny hippie scientist" look. I would grow a beard to go if I could.

The better brands usually know that big distracting logos are shite and make theirs very minimal and appealing but then again you have to pay more for a better design unless you accidentaly stumble upon some cheap no-name brand that was well designed by accident (it happens from time to time).
If you go the optics they generally sell more expensive models but higher quality+better design.
Those esprit glasses were the cheapest of the expensive ones, they look amazing and the logo is virtually invisible so it's not like you have to pay an arm and a leg to get nice looking glasses. Plus if you are not a retard those glasses will last you years.
