What are your preferred and most efficient methods of escapism?
I usually play videogames. Though, if that isn't sufficient I'll put an album on and lay on the floor.

Sleep is best. I usually don't even remember my dreams, its basically just lights out. I hope thats what death will be like.
I have trouble falling asleep though which brings me to my next escape. My mind is almost always racing so... Its almost like I'm always daydreaming. Just lost in thought.
Video games help me relax and think about things that matter less than real life. I get really technical and obsessive with some video games. I used to hack just to play as extra characters in certain situations, which got me into programming.
Movies first, then vidya, 4chan, music
Getting smashed lets me sleep.
D&D helps get me through the week, but this is the third week in a row it's been cancelled.
