I'm on the opposite feel. Have friends, but they want to hang out, play video games, and get hangover drunk daily. Saying I won't be there is always met with disdain, so I feel like I have to show up.

Don't only have one friend, but I'm in the same boat. He's a family friend so I end up seeing him sometimes and feel pretty awkward. I regret ignoring him so it's probably best not to burn your bridges.
I used to feel bad about having no friends, but the truth is I push everyone away. I don't respond to texts or facebook messages, I don't post anything on facebook myself, I never reach out to people. Nowadays when people try to be my friend I just get annoyed.
