For me it's adventure time, especially any of the Simon and Marcy/past stuff. Holding back tears while watching stakes.
One of the episodes that really got a reaction out of me was Evergreen. That shit's sad.
Steven Universe manages to make alien creatures with a different culture and completely unfamiliar concepts (i.e. Fusion) relatable and have interesting chemistries. Many of the situations in the show can be pretty feels.
Over the garden wall was fucking amazing... It was almost life changing
Bojack Horseman is pretty depressing, got me to cry a lot. Too many themes that relate to me, even if it wasn't on the scale of his misfortune.
I hope I'm not as much as a dick as Bojack but idk anymore.
Inuyasha always gave me the feels esepcially when the end song hit

Other than that, I've only ever reacted by saying "aw" because it's a really cute show.
This anime in general is one of them.
All start as a games but get very serious over time. You should watch it.
