10 minutes. All you have to do is buy grated parmesan cheese, some fancy Newmans' Own spagetti sauce or "pasta sauce" if you want to be pretentious. And then spaghetti. When you mix those three ingredients it tastes just like any other Italian food.

He's talking about the differences between instant noodles and prepared Ramen. So he's right just being elitist about it. Generally brand named ramen has more preservatives so you can keep it for all eternity and some brands have the flavor infused directly into the noodles.
Real ramen involves a lot more effort and does taste better but he's too busy being an lolxd to explain that to you.

Yes of course. None of the instant kinds include the toppings or pig bones like real ramen could. If you ever have the opportunity to eat real ramen, you take it immediately. I was serious about that documentary, it's very informative about how to make ramen and the different types of Ramen.

That is not real at all. What you really like is MSG and fake additives. Those are terrible ingredients making your body thinks it wants, them, but in reality you do not. It is like nicotine in cigarettes pretty much.

Most nights I have a peanut butter sandwich and a carrot. Sometimes I'll have the sandwich, a piece of toast and a mug of milk though because the loaf goes stale before I finish it otherwise.
I have a banana and a coffee for breakfast and a more substantial lunch of chicken and veg or rice and veg. Two snacks in the day, an apple or orange and chocolate with a cup of tea.
