How have my fellow robots been improving themselves?
>Past 1.5 months, been hitting gym hard, 4 times a week, lifting heavy weights, constantly adding more weight.
>Eating up to six times a day and drinking a minimum of 3 liters of water
>Taking everything seriously
>Noticing gains
>People say they notice a difference, especially how big my arms/ chest are compared to before
>Feel fucking awesome when out in public
>Litrelly feel amazing since i started lifting, lifting also taught me how to cook.
>Only eating clean carbs
>No junk-food, no take away, no soda, no alcohol, no nothing.
I want to turn into a shredded robot. Anyway picture related is meal 4 and it's 3:40pm. I love my food plain without added stuff like sauce.
Good work on the self improvement. Could do with some veggies tho
>>26169876
I eat almost a bag of veggies on my last meal always, carrots, broccoli, spinach etc.. mixed in with about 2 apples etc..
is that chicken, tuna, and rice?
that's fucking gross.
>>26169853
lol op good job on the self-improvement but that chicken looks like shit
>>26169894
you can jusy blend all of that into a smoothie instead.
>tuna over rice
>gray chicken
wow senpai
>>26169938
Nah, i prefer eating. I have all my meals planned out and i eat them at the end. Only think i blend is my whey and nothing more.
That's the only supp i actually take.
>>26169901
Boiled chicken breast, prefer it over grilled. Plus i boil about 7-8 pieces of breast at a time.
>>26169995
post some of your gains as motivation for other robots
>>26169853
jesus christ did you boil that chicken breast? looks fucking disgusting thb
>>26169853
Tell me your diet pls
I've been lifting, but I feel like a better diet would make a huge difference
>taught me how to cook
>shitty grey boiled chicken and rice
Dumbass.
>>26169995
Write down all the meals you have in a day. Like time and what you eat
>>26170080
>>26170043
>>26169941
>>26169898
ignore these connoisseur faggots, all that matters is results OP
>>26169853
>meal 4
If you're eating 6 of those I'm not sure if you're going to get cut. It doesn't matter how clean your food is if you eat a shit ton of it. That plate would have me significantly more full than necessary and it looks like about a third of what I'll eat in a day that I work out on.
Just... count your calories man
>>26170110
You don't have to be a shit cook and eat cardboard garbage to be strong. Dumbass.
>>26169995
Gah buy a george forman
Pound the chicken out and grill it. Taste 3x better
>>26170121
>implying op is trying to get cut
HUGE
>>26170072
>cup of oats, half a cup of egg-whites, 2 pieces of toast
>Work-put
>Whey
>2 chicken breasts, cup of rice, can of tuna
>2 cans of sardines
>2 chicken breasts. cup of rice, 3 pieces of prawns
>Salad, (lettuce/spinach/red onion and maybe Greek yogurt on top) with some rice crackers
>Vegetables last meal of the day mixed in with some fruits.
That's my entire diet as of now since i am bulking, sometimes though i add in more and eat nuts etc.. when on the train.
I go over my TDDE of 2190.
>>26170110
Loving my tasteless chicken and food, it don't bother me man.
>>26170160
I prefer boiled.
>>26170130
vice versa faggot.
>falling for the /fit/ meme
LOOOOL
>>26169853
I want to lift the thing that is holding me back is I know you have to eat 5-6 full meals a day. How much do you spend on food daily? It sounds like it would cost a small fortune.
>>26170268
>>I go over my TDDE
Whoops *TDEE
You don't have to eat 6 times a day. That was just meme people used to say. Look up intermittent fasting
>>26170268
>tfw my tdde is pretty much 3000
>>26170314
Count calories. It's not really like that. 3000kcal a day is not 5 full meals. You're a dumb nigger.
Go to your local community college and sign up for a weightlifting class
>>26170415
telling a beginner to try and do IF, is like telling a man to do the splits.
most people can't get 2500 calories consumed in a 6 hour window.
>lifting also taught me how to cook
>plain chicken
>tuna
>rice
Lad..
>>26170474
That's retarded and wrong. Yes they can
>>26170486
BOILED at that
>Reselling business is doing well
>Going to the gym 3 times a week
>Eating well
>Trying to read at least 100 pages per day(it's more like 40 - 50 desu)
>Go out twice a week for leisure/recreation(usually to the movies or beach in the summer)
>Turned a 3/10 gypsy into a friend with benefits
>Probably going to start going back to comm. college part-time in the summer to finish my associates
Life is meh. Also, before any Europoors start talking shit with >wtf-a-gypsy?, this is America so she's not feral.
We're all gonna make it, brahs. I'm so close to normiehood... finally...
>>26169853
started smoking cigarettes instead of eating.
so far I've lost about 30 pounds, hoping to drop 10 or so more before I stop
>>26170314
Like everyone else says, count calories (fats, protein, carbs etc..). Some people prefer eating 2-3 massive meals a day, while other people like my self span it out throughout the whole day. I spend around 60$-70$ on food a week, most of that is for the breast chicken since i often buy around 25$ worth at once.
I also live in Australia where everything is more expensive. What i found out was ONCE i started lifting, my appetite went through the fucking roof. Especially when i lift weights that make me grunt.
I'm not the person to ask as i only lifted for 1;5 months, perhaps ask in a /fit/ thread.
I'm still a beginner.
>>26169853
I've been working out a lot too but it's to cut down. I've lost 10 pounds this month through a pretty strict diet. I run almost every day and try to get a lifting session in about 5x a week too so I don't lose any gainz.
>>26170685
Nice mate, wish i could do running again. But since i am bulking and already thin i cant risk it. Miss it though.
Anyone want to start a coursera specialization track with me? I'm starting on 3 this month
>data science with johns hopkins
>big data with UCSD
>machine learning with university of washington
we could start a mailing list and talk about the course every week. It'd be fun

How?
>>26170850
I've always been chubby but I went way up over the past 6 months when I moved back home (6' 220lbs at my peak). I've got a good base of muscle so I want to get to 180 or even 170 and look really cut.
