When I was a kid I used to read every dragon lance novel. I started to reread Chronicles recently, and Holy Shit, those books were terrible beyond reckoning.
I can't really think of anything where this is true. I still like Dragonball Z, pro wrestling, and Nintendo 64.

For a sec there I thought that that was an ss of the new (now old) 2D Rayman game that came out.
But I remember my mom buying me a CD of Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc, and of my computer being far too slow to ever run it. It was unplayable- literally yielded less than 1 frame a sec- so it stayed on the shelf. The disk was eventually lost over time.
I checked the game out on youtube randomly many years later and I never liked it enough to watch more than a few mins of gameplay and forget about it....

Well the thing is the other ones felt like more of an adventure, while the new one feels a lot more linear and more boxed in. I felt liken they shouldn't have made the 3-commander thing essential to the gameplay, and they shoulda added more bosses and enenmies.
When I played the original pick in, there was this feeling of fear and unknown about the bosses, like some kinda deep dark morbid stuff was wrong with them. Especially the spider bosses.
Everything in the new one was too bright and happy.
I also felt they shoulda continued Olimar's story, and adding an arc in which they begin to figure out what the planet really is...
