The villains would have to be something relatable. People you wish were evil. I'm talking about fighting the girl who cheated on you, becoming an evil demon, a douchbag on the street kicking your ass.
At the end of the day the hero defeats them non conventionally, by understanding where they come from and they succumb to the hero's will of making them better people.
