Two sperm (or eggs) from the same person are not the same at all. There are 23 human chromosomes, and you have two of each, one from your mom and one from your dad. One of the steps in gamete (sperm or egg) production is to divide those pairs up, so each gamete ends up with just one set. That way when egg and sperm combine, the embryo has two of each again like normal.
During this division, the chromosomes are randomly assorted with respect to which parent they came from. That is, say sperm A got your dad's chromosome 1 and sperm B got your mom's chromosome 1. Chromosome 2 isn't affected by that, and can go either way. So the chances that two sperm have the same chromosome 1 (say, both from your dad) is 50%. The chances that two sperm have all the same chromosomes (1-both mom 2-both dad 3-both dad etc) is 0.523 , or about 0.000000119%.
Not to mention there's another process called crossing over that occurs. During the division that separates the pairs of chromosomes, they line up next to each other. When this happens, sometimes parts of the chromosomes will overlap and switch, like this. When that happens, you end up with two entirely new, unique chromosomes. This is relatively common, but where exactly the crossing over occurs (and how many times per pair) is largely by chance, so even if two gametes both get your dad's chromosome 1 (with a little bit of mom's from crossing over) the crossed-over parts won't be the same, so the two gametes won't be identical.
