i quit smoking after smoking a pack a day for 7 years. dude, smoking is fucking retarded. breathing is easier and feels about ten times better, i can focus on things longer, i dont hack up nasty blackish phlegm anymore, i have more energy, teeth have gotten several shades whiter.
