A mod on /qa/ got tired of seeing people use his favorite site as an insult and started banning people under the guise of "you dont have an argument."
In reality most people told to fuck off to Reddit are told so because they exhibited behavior that is a hallmark of Reddit culture with a complete disregard for lurking moar.
In other cases people just use it as a shitty meme to try to end an argument and that's what the mod is pretending everyone does.
/qa/ gets spammed with retarded requests ranging from implementing shadow ban to deleting /pol/ for no reason. You can probably guess as to why "go back 2 Reddit" is a common insult there.
In the end the mod got the negative phrase banned and eventually started banning people for even saying anything negative about Reddit at all and didnt bother with the facade of giving a shit about good debate when he realized that none of the other mods or Hiro give a shit how much he abuses his mod.
Really the only thing you can do is spam this shit everywhere until that mod gets fired or the rest of the mods join in on the pro-Reddit parade at which point this site might as well add upvote buttons and a certain alien mascot to the page.
