Have you tried rogaine/minoxidil?
I could only grow a very patchy beard, I couldn't grow much of a mustache at all, there was this weird gap under my nose where I couldn't grow any hair, I couldn't grow any connectors, and then I just bought a bunch of minoxidil off amazon, rubbed it on my face twice a day, and after a year I was growing so much facial hair that I actually have to shave parts of it (the cheeks mostly) because it's just too much and I look like a fucking neanderthal if I let it all grow.
