My university is in a partner program with Hankuk university in Korea, so we have a ton of exchange students every semester. Most of them are from rich parents and just 'study' here for a semester or two to travel Europe, so no idea how representative those are, but...
Honestly 80% of them look really cute. Only 10% of them look like the Kpop idols you see on the internet, with that typical plastic surgery doll face. You can almost always tell when they had surgery done, especially on their eyes. Maybe 10% of them are 'ugly', meaning with peanut eyes and chubby mongo face, fat etc.
IMHO their natural look is perfect and none of them need surgery. But I guess society really fucks their mind and they feel pressured to adhere to some kind of shitty idealism.
