Most of my face would be pretty decentish if not for my nose.
According to my mom my birthmark was on my nose but it faded. Perhaps that's why it's so hideously deformed now.

Yes, the worst part is I was quite cute up until high school, and I had been asked out by several girls. I even had a gf when I was 12 and it was the greatest thing I've ever experienced. But by age 15 my last growth spurt hit and really fucked up my face. Most girls are now terrified of me as a result.
