He said at 28:25 that it's called "precordial catch syndrome". I saw another LPer mention this in a Spelunky LP I watched almost around the same time as this, but they couldn't think of the name of it, and he has like hundreds of episodes of his Spelunky LP and I don't remember when he mentioned it so I'd never be able to find it....
oh but anyway this guy said it's ultimately harmless.
