I take 6 coricidins and the top off with robogels. It makes we retarded but it's better than alcohol, mxe, and ketamine combined. It's the world's best drug. I find taking 3 or 4 benadryls helps with the nausea. Also spacing apart the doses so it's a cap or two every 5 minutes. I like a creeping onset more than hitting all at once too so it's all the better.

After a while just the smell makes you want to puke. Unless you want poly just take syrup until you can't and take the coricidin and robogels. Poly it's worth extracting but it's easy to od on if you can't do it right. Every time I hear of someone in the er from dxm it's poli. Just remember it's twice as long half as strong, but when in doubt do less. If 400mg hbr gets you good then dont just parachute 1.6g poli your first time. Poli is easy to extract, the gross shit is water soluble but dxm doesn't care for water too much. Just pour in 2L bottle, fillfill with water, scoop out foam, wait for it to settle, then drain water, dry, and eat.

There are different drugs in different syrups. The stuff you mix with sprite is promethazine + codeine and isn't available in the the US without a prescription.
There are many ways to consume DXM syrup but mixing it with sprite is probably the worst thing you could do.

In the US, the typical brand is robitussin, in Canada, I buy Benylin dry cough.
In most places it's sold without any prescription or any shit like that, although in some cases you may need to be 18.
Dose depends on weight, but 300 mg is a good first time dose for most, as long as youre not like, 90 lbs or something.
