I've got OCD and cant stop fucking with my face. My methods have evolved over the years and now I achieve maximum success with minimal damage done but I'm still probably making things worse though. I used to squeeze the hell out of nose but it was a losing battle so I gave up. One time I did it so hard I bruised my nose for like a week, it looked like someone hit me in the nose with a baseball.
