maybe not chad per se but a few years back I made a concerted effort to improve myself. I tried a lot harder in college, started working out, looked for opportunities to meet people and go out. I managed to keep it up for about a year and, by the numbers, did better on all three fronts.
but overall it was a complete failure, both in the sense of getting me laid and in the sense of making me more confident and happier about life in general.
I tried lifting but I gave up because I didn't make gains. I didn't make gains because I'm a spooky skeleton who can't eat that much. Dieting was harder than the actual lifting.
I would try, mi physical appearance can be a lot better, but my personality is fucking shit.
I'm very shut and do not know why.
However, this year I am staring calisthenics.
