Force of habit, but also /r9k/ acts as something relatable/familiar/possible ego chamber. I've left for a while a few times but at the end of the day, I mean, if you're not addicted then just stop trying to leave, and just go do something else if it's consuming a lot of your time.
I don't think it's healthy but I'd rather at least have a place to share feels instead of pretending that going cold turkey into a life of only normies will help rather than just alienate me further.
