This might sound ridiculous but it cleans very thoroughly; I never have to worry about an itchy asshole or smelling like shit. I think this is the best way to do it other than with baby wipes, I mean if someone shat in your hands, would you just rub it off with TP or would you wash it? I realize I may be coming off as crazy but I can't do it any other way.
I should clarify, after sticking it in I don't just leave it in there, but that should go without saying. I just clean the inside until there's no more stains on the TP. Please someone tell me I'm not the only one.
