Don't waste their time if you don't want to do it or want them to help you. There are people who could really use the help and if you are there to just fuck around give the session to someone who could use it, might save their life.

A good therapist should prompt you with questions to try to get to the heart of whatever issue if you don't feel you have anything to say.
