What do you like on your burgers r9k.
I either like my burgers with ketchup and cheese or with cheese, franks red hot, and Jalepenos in the meat.
I'll occasionally put bacon on it

Meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, ketchup, mustard. I used to like adding enough mayo to shit out liquid for a solid week but it would aggravate my teeth and my body generally would feel like shit for consuming pure fat in such large quantities.

Haven't had a burger in over two months. This thread is making me so damn hungry but can't give in.
Typically i take my burger midrare or medium. Over hard egg, bacon, fried onions, spicy BBQ sauce, and provolone if i have my choice on cheese. I prefer a sweeter bun but ciabatta is fantastic.

Cheese (negotiable on type) ketchup or bbq sus...and spice. Either black pepper, red pepper or a spice blend.
Usually just a veggie burger, lettuce and some tomato sauce. Like it simple.

Anyone got a good recipe for a mince pattie?
I like my burger cooked mid-rare if available with chedder and bacon on it. So bad for me but just so damn good. Try to limit to only once every couple months though.

Well it depends really.
if I'm strapped for cash I usually get a rodeo burger or two from BK or a Spicy Chicken Junior.
If I do have some money I like to get their long burgers.
As meme-tier as it is, the Siracha Burger is alright.
I like jalepenos on my burgers too, especially on my chicken sandwiches.

This one from red robins is my favorite, but if I had to make one it would be on a potato roll, red onions romaine lettuce organic tomato bacon egg mayo a1 the meat would be a hamburger steak type deal where you mix stuff into the ground beef (like jalapenos bread crumbs etc) and I'd try the Brie >>25908802 suggested, sounds good!
The complexity of getting all this together is why I dont make burgers at home though

Everything except mayo and the cheese depends on the type, I think american is too salty. Also, I add jalapenos if they're not already included.

Goddamn Whataburger. I remember like 8 years ago when I lived there I'd get some kind of bqq swiss tendie burger. Tendies were hard as rocks but god did it taste good, totally forgot about Whataburger.

A good burger can be enjoyed bare; nothing on the beef. That being said, I usually love to eat my burgers with a slice of cheese, bacon, a hash brown, lettuce, tomato, and ortega chili peppers.
Any burger with cheese in the patty mix gives me an instaboner. Recently had one with blue cheese in the patty and cream cheese on the bun. Dick was diamonds.

the buns were crushed a little before toasting and the patties not properly defrosted so they were falling apart but then somehow it all came together
