How do we make up for avoiding social situations during our teenage years?

Is it ever possible to become socially savvy and a good talker after years of being reclusive?

Sure, but it takes some serious Revolver Ocelot level brainwashing to destroy the self awareness you built up and go through a paradigm shift that intense.

I think so

My case is pretty weird, sometimes I was able to talk with people and sometimes not
>>
Yeah. It takes determination to break old thought patterns though.

It is not possible unless you are rich and can afford to party all the time and lure normies to your parties.

In high school people were socializing 10+ hours a day, an adult on the other hand can barely afford 4 hours or so at a bar or elsewhere on friday and saturday night.

3 years of high school = 10000 hours

10000/4/ 52 weeks in a year = 48 years

lol no friend. I work in retail and deal with customers every day. When working in retail, you are choosing from a set of pre programmed dialogs. And even when it does get "deeper", the conversation is empty as fuck and they leave a few minutes later.

It won't make you savy, just a real robot for 9 hours of that day.

If you really want to become charismatic and outdoing, like a real fun person with a lot of energy and very happy vibe, look into drugs that destroy the ego. Then rebuild yourself. You can't unchange the damage of your youth.

Being drunk makes me a better person

Pity we can't be drunk 24/7

Society and interactions with it are fucked up, but if you try n' strive, you'll adapt to being comfortable with talking and communicating. Still haven't achieved it yet but I'm sure it's possible.
