I've never violated any safety regulations that I know of. I don't think I even have the opportunity to as I work the grill most of the time. I never get to see who the food is going to anyway so I can't intentionally target someone. That's why you can be rude to the drive thru person and your food will still be prepared normally. No foul.

Yep. At mine we had two in back area and one in front counter. 2 hours before close you disassemble the restaurant and one person goes to wash-up and just washes things for ~1 hour (it takes longer if they're shit). The other back area person makes boigas and cleans the floor/line/grills/whatever. The front counter person runs drive-thru, serves customers, and cleans their shit. Store closes and back area has to clean everything they couldn't before (takes an hour) and so does front counter (takes half an hour)

Yes. The reason I flip my burgers, even though you're not supposed to, is to cook them well done and I season them right too. I've ate one of my burgers before and I'm not being bias when I say I could taste the flavor better than any other McDonald's burger I've ate. The seasoning is very good but unfortunately it isn't used enough.
Sometimes the burgers will come up red and still bleeding so you have to flip them too. But I flip the burgers regardless for maximum completion.

Pies and cookies because they take forever to cook and you have to package them.
Everything in the fryer (nuggets, fries, mcchicken, spicy, etc.) is easy. You just dump it in the fryer and press 2 buttons and let the grease do its magic. The grill is used to cook burgers and grilled chicken. Grilled chicken takes a long time and you have to prepare the grill and season the chicken 2 times.

Keeping up with the pace when it's very busy and making sure there is always 4 trays of reg meat and 2 trays of quarter meat. Sometimes you will have to cook grilled chicken, cookies, mozzarella sticks, pies, eggs while this is all going on too which is chaotic.
