Actually, the very opposite, cold environment makes your metabolism faster increasing the blood flow and in turn neural and autonomous bodily functions too.
Pretending not to feel the cold is stupid, but seriously, anything above minus ten doesn't require a hat anymore. Dunno maybe it's just me but i'd take cold weather over hot anytime.
