Give the unique gifts for hunie bonus, get her drunk, and possibly food if you have the money. That makes it all pretty easy. As for the tile game part, get 4 of her favorite tokens once or twice and you'll fill the affection 1/4 or 1/3 the way easily depending on your traits.
