It's been years since the original threads would be posted. I remember it was just some guy (OP) who was interested in girls who had a problem with being overly clingy, dependent, and were potentially mentally ill.
I was all three. I still talk to old OP sometimes. I still think about my love every day, all day long. That hasn't changed. These threads got so far away from it, though. It was crazy to watch where it went. I think it glamorized something... so frustrating, painful, and destructive. I guess you guys have time for that, considering your likely age.
I'm now much older and I still don't know how to cope with being who and how I am. Now I feel a clinging love and dependence for and to people I work with and the friends I've made. I'm set up to get really hurt and I already feel a manic drive to destroy myself before they reveal that they can't love me either. Nobody can, because I am broken and worthless.
