I have exceptional awareness of my brain but incredibly poor physical awareness as if it's just a puppet I control. Feels bad man.

I've started writing a diary (well, on my computer) because of all of the different thoughts on my head. It's like I'm analyzing myself, it's fun.
My worst fear, of course, is that someone will find it, but I have security measures.
My therapist says I have good self-awareness but I take that with a grain of salt. I keep trying to watch myself.

I'm fairly certain I have some form of autism, I had nearly all of the warning signs as a child, and I still have quite a few autistic traits.
despite my apparent autism I've always been self-aware, which is the one reason I thought I might not be autistic, but I'm really not sure anymore.
Apparently not enough. Some time ago someone posted a link about covert narcissism and I was baffled by how much it resembled me and how much of these things I didn't really notice.
