for me degrees are just magical cards that you can use during rare arguments with normies. someone with no degree being neet is worth less than a neet with one.
degrees have different power levels, physics,medical, law school etc are the highest, liberal arts lowest but still all better than having nothing. my country has full free education and i did upper highschool and going to law just and only to prove normies a point and make them feel lesser. take away their power of the "i got myself educated its free in this country and your not taking the oppoturnity, children in africa..." they always desperately push in arguments
