Haven't smoked weed in 3 years now. It used to be fun but eventually it made my anxiety go through the roof and made me feel like a loser being surrounded by potheads all the time. Playing video games while high was the most enjoyment I had from weed though.

I just like that it motivates me. I don't feel more creative but it helps me to be more happy and enjoyable to be around for my family.

but you've gotta realise that it's not permanent damage. It's just a side effect of marijuana consumption (or over consumption). When I stop smoking for a few days I feel sharp as ever.

I got bipolar I, GAD and PTSD, weed keeps me mellow.
It's like the reason I get out of bed most days at this point. If I hadn't started smoking I might have killed myself or someone else years ago. My mood does a 360 and a moonwalk with some tasty reefer.
I smoked regularly for a year or so.
I stopped because of how shitty I always felt after I came down. I was going through a cycle where I was incredibly depressed, smoked, it made me more depressed, and I'd get high again to not be depressed for a while. I realized that, and realized that weed wasn't a solution for me.
I also just hated dealing with the aftermath and the memories of the stupid shit I'd do while high, and also hated how much it sucked when I'd want to do anything and I was too high to get in the car and drive anywhere.

Do you live in a medical or legal state?
Ive only been smoking for a couple years now, and i think it really is a gateway drug. I feel like my familiarity and comfort around the drug influenced my decision to say yes to other said drugs, as well as to alcohol. As long as youre smart about it, weed is amazing.

I think weeds too expensive for what it offers.
When I used to smoke everyday for years I'd need to smoke atleast an eighth a day.
It starts out with a gram lasting a week, then a day then 2 hours.
Tolerance breaks are an option but tolerance rises back all the way up in less than a month.
I can't afford to buy an ounce or two every week to smoke and I don't want to risk growing it.
Other then that weed can be kind of unpredictable in terms of how you will feel after smoking it but usually it's pretty great at helping you feel better if you're depressed. It;s just difficult to maintain . If I'm using weed as a medicine I'd need to spend around 1000$ a month on it.

idk it really depends. I've paid out the ass for not much or mids but like 90% of the time I can get a quality ounce for anywhere from $100-$200. Wax and concentrates are also really cheap, often the exact same price as bud or only 5$ more but they're still not as easy to find.
