Objectively speaking, what traits does the perfect mate (for everyone/anyone male or female) have?
I mean that pretty much anyone would be the happiest they could be with a partner as they are with this person.

It varies to a degree. There's dimorphic traits(masculine/feminine) and aesthetics(attractiveness).
For males: A strong defined jawline, masculine chin, strong brow ridge, high cheek bones, hunter eyes, a large high test skull, tall, wide shoulders, thick wrists, wide chest, etc. These traits are generally considered universally attractive in males.
For both genders: symmetry, no deformities.

Yes, aesthetic "pretty" males who aren't masculine at all aren't attractive to the vast majority of females and usually look androgynous.
Straight females in general want a man who's has at least a certain degree of dimorphism, not a man who looks like a girl or an underage boy. There are exceptions, of course, but they're rare.
