For example, as far as socialization go, normalfags and creeps both have their ways, though creeps are less likely to be savvy enough to know how to come off as a person you'd like to hang with.
If you're talking about creativity though, most creeps are creeps precisely because they don't fit in in the first place due to them having a different mindset from the baseline normalfag; and products of a different mindset are very likely to be imaginative.
