I got this mostly from home work outs
get some heavy dumbells (35+)
a dips bar
a pull up bar
dont waste alot of time on abs, they get worked by almost everything.

do alot of pull ups and dips, work your arms with dumbells on the off days. do squats with the dumbells. eat alot

i did all of that, i was a gross skele

im literally going to be screamed at and belittled so i dont know why im posting this but good luck to the sane people who browse the board.

a good home workout CAN get you shredded, you just need to do your homework

Use a folded up mattress as a thick mat and go for a run in front of your computer.
Grab a towel wedge that shit between the door&frame and do some pullups/rows.

do bicep curls cause your bicep assists along with the shoulder. its mostly a lat workout, but this will help you get atleast one. also if you cant do one, still try every day. you may need to lose some weight if you are chubby. if so, go for a run every morning. not only will it cut calories, getting in better shape will make your body more efficient and you will metabolize faster and such,

I have a bad leg. ive been working out for years, this is my maximum potential really. and its a weird pic, heres a better one to show the arms. I'm more otter than a big bulky guy.

also final bit of advice

when doing your pull ups, nobody likes to do this but you need to go slow, and have a full controlled movement. start by gripping the bar in a complete hanging motion, slowly raise yourself up, then slowly back down all the way. only way you will get a nice back.

If you need to get a jump pull up when you are first building strength, do that. but as soon as you can do full hanging ones, do NOT slack. I cant find any old pictures, but my lower back had nothing to it and it looked WORSE than when i was skinny because I was doing half reps for almost a year and a half. Form with pull ups and squats are the most important. remember, slow and controlled. make your muscles not like you

you can get a back like this after about 2 years of diet + pull ups

I have a bad left leg so i cant squat but legs are the most important. make sure you squat as much as possible because it releases the most test into your body.

Fit is actually useful, and body weight fitness is great for getting started. Once you are at a point where things are too easy, they you can buy stuff. Otherwise time and effort is all you need. Clean up your diet as well.

Getting fit helps, but it won't fix everything. It won't make you white, taller, make your eyes blue, reverse your hairline receding, or fix your personality. But it will help.

Once you get fit, you should get clothes that fit you. Normies judge alot by physical appearance.

the rack my mom got it for me for christmas 2 years ago and ive used it like 2-3 times a week since. also never forget the push up. I do about 150-250 twice or three times a week. use the rack to switch it up. nothing a chick loves more than a big chest. arms come 2nd.

Do hammer curls alternating, and hammer curls at the same time. slow and steady remember your form.

remember guys if you're lifting weights, your body is releasing test. this test goes everywhere. literally to every muscle, just the majority goes to the one you're working. so just work out every chance you get and it comes no matter what (with good eating habits)

the most effective and economical peice of workout equipment is by far the pullup bar. you can put one in any doorway and using it regularly can really build your back shoulders and arms.

Do 30 seconds on, then 30 seconds off

repeat 3 times.

then move up to a minute when you get better and do side planks.

Just level up like runescape you'll love it
