If you have some hair growing on your face and its rigid (not peach fuzz) but just patchy, you 'can' fix it actually and get a full beard. No surgery required.

I can grow a facial hair but it's patchy. I've refrained from shawing for almost 2 months and i have a decent volume in some parts of my beard but in other parts it's just empty.

My facial hair is very pathetic. All I can manage is some pubes where a sideburn should be, some pubes on my neck, and even less pubes on my chin. When I "shave" it every few months it just involves getting a small pair of scissors and lopping off the longer hairs.
