Not only do I enjoy eviscerating my foes in arguments and pointing out their hypocrisy and logical fallacies, but my own perceptions of the world clash with others and my lack of emotion prevents me from empathizing/connecting with them.
I was literally in a court room today showing support for my brother. I was watching proceedings and the only thing that irked me was the fact that the prosecuting attorney made ad hominem attacks, strawman arguments, attempted many a time to use loaded questions, ambiguously wording legal jargon so it may be misinterpreted by the jury, and even appealing to authority. I could care less whether or not he gets landed with a felony charge, that attorney is a scumbag and his entire approach to the case leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Luckily he had a competent public defender to object when necessary, though he missed a few key points.
