Organic just means they can't use anything that has been synthetically manufactured. What they derive from natural sources is often just as harmful if not moreso. There are a lot of pesticides that are naturally derived (Pyrethrum frin chrysanthemum) that are as harmful to humans and the environment than their factory-made counterparts.

Not him but why would you need more than that much meat? Plant based food has plenty of protein and starch can also be turned into protein by the body and vice versa.
