Fallout 1 and 2
Pros:
>comfy atmosphere
>deep lore
>fantastic writing
>freedom to do what the fuck you want, from being a porn star to making entire populated settlements destroy each other in a war
>deep characther customization, with skills, special atribute sistem, perks, etc
CONS:
>can be real harsh on people who likes to rush the game, so take your time
>can be real harsh on beginners too, so reading a walkthrough or general tips for starting is not a bad idea
RELATIVE:

World of warships can be pretty slow.
Its like World of Tanks, except your tanks are in water and they have fuckloads of guns.
Also despite not really having a navy during WW2, the Russians still have the best ships in the game, because its made by a Russian company ))))
Shovel knight and axiom verge are amazing if you have a controller. One is kinda like mega man the other is like super metroid

Try going back and emulating some of the best SNES games or something.
You can get pretty engaged in Zelda, Metroid, Chrono Trigger, FF6 or Mario RPG if you invest some time into them.
I feel that lack of enthusiasm for every game I play until I push past the initial boredom of the tutorial levels/areas.
Just commit yourself to something and give it a good go before giving up. Actually try and invest yourself in the stories or characters. I found I did not like playing games much when all I wanted to do was battle or upgrade items in games, the story and atmosphere are very important parts too.
Every play FF7 or 9? go emulate those and lose yourself in their worlds.

I'm pretty much the same. Played to much games in my time and now I either have to really like a game to basically play it or it has to be competetive, since I'm a sucker for those.
So I mostly just play Dodo 2, CS:Go and off and on RS:Siege now, though the last one is getting kind of stale, when you're allways a loner joining a made team. Same for dodo 2, currently at a point where I'd need to join up with people to constantly play in the same roster but I only play loner-MMR-games and never react to people that add me.
I had fun with Witcher 3, as a singleplayer-only game. Other than that, I did look into the Pillars DLC but never got around to play them, since my saves were gone.
Read a book maybe, or get invested into one of the good MOBAs (dodo, LAL or Smute). It'll eat up time and effort like a sponge, when you want to actually git gud at them.
