For me, I have all these insecurities I don't want to let out, so that makes me self focused and paranoid which makes it very difficult to relax and focus on what the other person is saying. I'm very scared of people and usually just want to get away from them. I don't want to socialize or talk to them because I know I am not good at it. I have negative expectations. Also I don't want to bother them or annoy them with my presence do that inhibits me a lot.

You actually can, but the first step is acknowledging that you have an illness and that the perception that everyone is thinking you're autistic is false, mainly because most people in social interactions don't give a fuck about you and will forget you as soon as you walk out. I.e. the key is removing the "Focus on self" part in that diagram.
