Why do I look better (hotter) as a guy when I squint my eyes like pic related?
It brings my eyes in and my face, nose, mouth looks more gaunt as well as the skin.
If I relax my face I'm ugly again because my eyes look tired, buggy and my face looks soft not as sharp.
Is there any way to permanently make my face that way?

that's what I've been doing. I was before because I use to actually raise my eyebrows and it would put wrinkles in my forehead. Now I think the squinting is a better technique.
also I have a beta underbite and it's hard to keep my chin out without focusing the whole time..

simply gives them a narrower, better shape and moves fat up in your face so jaw and chin get more defined and your cheekbones look higher. All models squint in photoshoots.

I wanna get a surgery that makes your eyebrows bolder and thicker, along with reducing the fat on my eye lid, then get that eye color surgery for blue eyes, my nose is my only decent feature, I'd need a jaw implant as well.
all of that would probably give me a good padding. then I just new a leg surgery to get me to 6'1. then a dick surgery for dat 8x6. after that I'll get a job and a gf.
