But I'm an adult now so I don't have the autistic devotion and "passion" for games that so many shutin neets have.

I've always wanted to make a physics engine, but I don't think Javascript is really built for that.
I have a few drawings of a game that uses circles and lines, and strange geometric relationships between you and the game.
Just a simple game with simple ambitions, but you play mainly for the weird and ever changing patterns and shapes that evolve as you play. Mainly just something to play whilst tripping

Can you create a browser-based or android app kind of wifi controlled vibrator system?
Basically if a girl owns a vibe, the vibe can be turned on and off and the strength of vibrations can be controlled via the internets. Instead of with a remote control you physically hold on your hands like in hentai.

How about a Ouija board game?
It's a single player game, the player is "The Ghost."
You play as a ghost who inhabits a Ouija board. Controlling the cursor, you spell out words.
Initially, you can only spell three letter words, but in later levels, you can do complex sentences and other spirit powers
Level 1 would be some dumb teenagers using the board.
Later level could be messing with a TV psychic during a seance.
The game is all about the NPC's reactions to the player.
You make the choices. Do you want to be scary? Goofy?
Play to find out.

I sometimes work on vidya made in js. Making vidya is hard and time consuming, so i recommend doing small projects. Examples include simple card and board games, clones of older games like pacman or breakout, or a barebones MUD.
You will be pulling you hair out. Use requestAnimationFrame(functionName) instead of setTimeout or setInterval.
And making multiplayer games ramps up the difficulty ten fold or more.
Also, Chrome works best.

You can do this with nodejs and either the usb library or a microcontroller via internet. I always had trouble with the usb library so I'm not much help here.

node.js is basically a thing that runs Javascript on your computer itself, rather than in a browser.
So instead of manipulating a web page you can manipulate your computer, like mess with files, access the network, set your computer up as a webserver, etc.
You could use any language though.
